When a lower court judge rules that a Trump admin policy is illegal & blocks it, Trump’s DOJ rushes an emergency appeal to the SCOTUS’s “shadow docket” to get it overturned. They usually win. Emergency requests have their uses, but the Trump admin is abusing the system. And SCOTUS is letting him.

Whether it be in Broadview here in Illinois or in Portland, Oregon, the Trump Administration is intentionally creating chaos to threaten sending military troops to American cities and suburbs.

The suggestion that chemical agents like tear gas or pepper spray could be used indiscriminately against peaceful demonstrators, or even first responders, is unacceptable and not normal.

Donald Trump is going to wage war on American cities over a fake crisis that isn’t happening involving a fake “terrorist organization” which doesn’t exist, so he can stop us from talking about the real child sex trafficking files he’s very much in.
