...question has been called, all in favor say "aye", motion passed! 😁

After adding our first duck eggs in cornbread, I had to inform my love, my sweety, my heart that her previous decades of corn bread had been like hard bricks and "we" should forever-more use duckeggs for baking etc 🫣

I lived 🀣.

You have a very nice collection. I decided, as long as they are edible, I have succeeded with mine.
Happy gardening! 😁

I am so happy to realize, from your photo, that I am not the only "farmer" who ends with less-than-huge onions. Thank you for showing me that its still an onion harvest, even with smaller specimens. Mine have been embarrassingly small, but tasty, still.

ah, yes. I remember travel in the "before times". 😁 with a pocket full of coins for the pay phone, or the collect call "code" (from Ima Wright, or Busta Sun). πŸ₯ΈπŸ€“

The backyard is just mad with these invasives - keyed them out when they "appeared". I suspect the fall of my lizard pop. largely due to the neighbor's feral cats and these spiders (yes, they eat small vertebrates aswellas whatever they can catch). Also, the yard black widow pop. is crashing since

Brown widow, invasive (non native)

Brown widow (Latrodectus geometricus). Pantropical invasive that has made it's way from (origins) South Africa (likely). There is some question whether it may have origins in S. America, but made its way up to SE U.S. then west to S. Cal; is outcompeting native black widows, voracious predator

I suspected this might be the answer, but have no quilting knowledge so thought it best to not make an assumption. Thank you for answering. btw, enjoying your quilting shares πŸ™‚

If I may ask, what is the advantage of not pre-shrinking your fabrics?

08.09.2025 02:26 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

oh! same! The only lace-ups I have are hiking boots. I was admiring some of your patterns. I have a couple of those patterns but I run up on my purchasing limitations so can only justify new ones when I wear holes in them.
