#BarbaraLee was my Congresswoman when I lived in Oakland between 2012 and 2015, and I voted for her in last year's Primary Election for the Senate seat now held by Adam Schiff, so this is definitely good news.

I've got one thing to note about yesterday's #NoKings protests: if anything about them was not up to your standards, my one word of advice is: put up or shut up. You can either help develop these newly-politicized folks into a direction you would like to see, or you can keep it to yourself.
