2 ideas:
1) Make child care/feeding/housing/education even remotely affordable if you want to encourage people to have families
2) Discontinue the capitalist model dependent on continuous growth both in profit and labor in order to not crash and, you know, prioritize humanity

Im rereading the post now and realizing this probably isn't what you meant by spanish speaking podcasts, but its still a useful one for learning.

Coffee break spanish is a good quick listen podcast. Most episodes are about 15-20mins long and broken down by topic.
