How do people miss the obvious truth that for Republicans, the cruelty is the point. They're pushing and fighting and arguing so they can starve poor people. And "poor people" includes many who are working full time but are underpaid. This should be unacceptable to everyone. What's happened to us?

This is a huge loss to humanity. She was one of the best humans ever born and her work was crucial to our understanding of primates as the progenitor to humanity.
The world will be poorer and less understood as a result of her loss.

The definition describes a mass-based party of nationalist militants working with traditional elites, abandoning democratic liberties, and pursuing redemptive violence for internal cleansing and external expansion without ethical or legal restraints.

What I would give for a completely honest, anonymous assessment of this appalling and ludicrous spectacle from the commanders in the room.

Things would be so much better right now if more Americans had been capable of learning from history.
