FAZ: Plant die Koalition zu Recht ein Primärarztsystem als erste Anlaufstelle? Oliver Blatt: Der Ansatz stimmt, wir brauchen ein Primärversorgungssystem. Dafür bedarf es aber einer unabhängigen Terminvermittlung, die nach Dringlichkeit entscheidet und nicht danach, ob man gesetzlich oder privat versichert ist. Kommt der Primärarzt, also meist der Hausarzt, zu dem Schluss, dass der Facharzttermin noch etwas Zeit hat, ist das zumutbar und lässt sich dem Patienten erklären. Das Problem ist, dass Zugang und Zuweisung bisher nicht funktionieren. Zum Beispiel haben wir so viele Psychotherapeuten wie nirgendwo sonst, trotzdem warten zu viele zu lange auf einen Termin.

Oliver Blatt, Vorstandsvorsitzender des GKV-Spitzenverbandes, wirft die Dinge durcheinander: Bei Psychotherapie sind die Praxen ausgelastet - Wartezeiten entstehen durch zu wenig Plätze, nicht durch Zuweisungsfehler.
