Saturday plan: the trail is getting heavily used and it is the weekend. We want to stay on top of maintenance. Two machines deployed.

Day was spent doing centre lane cleanup.

Wednesday Update: nearly done. Lots of track to go around.

Wednesday Plan: not a crazy amount of snow but certainly enough to make for a very long wonderful day.

No grooming today. We are going to wait until the storm has run its course.

Current Trail Conditions: Cleaned up the centre lane from Westboro Beach to Onigam street. Reset track where needed. Sun is out and warming up.

Done for today. Pretty much everything got touched. See green on map. And it is warming up out there; especially with the intense sun light.

Sunday Plan: despite the cold and the wind, our plan is to provide as much fresh grooming as possible for the afternoon crowd. It is the weekend after all and our grooming team were impressed just how many users were out yesterday.

No plans to groom until after the snow is down.

Minor design changes to the Remic Rapids sector. We are curious to know what you think. (We were finding the corners on classic tracks too tight and made the decision to soften them.)

Thursday Plan: course redesign happening for the Remic Rapids sector today. Try it this afternoon and tell us what you think.

Current trail conditions: still more to do but things are really looking nice out there. And the sun is making a brilliant appearance.

Wednesday Plan: after a day off, we will be out inspecting the entire network and grooming where needed. With weather like this, we want it nice.

Sunday Plan: Keep the horses in the barn. Current trail conditions are excellent and hitting it with a machine would only make incremental improvements; or at least not enough to justify the fuel costs.

Grooming done for the day. See green for what got touched today and yellow for what we did yesterday. All good. This puts us in good shape for Sunday.

Weekend Plan: with the warmer temperatures in the works, we anticipate higher usage. We plan to do some touch up work, and maybe reset some classic tracks, to make it extra nice.

Current k-trail conditions. Still holding up just fine! If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Done. It is not cold out. It is not windy. Everything is groomed. Go play.

Wednesday Plan: we got more snow than what was forecast yesterday. We are going reset everything….or at least try to.

Current trail conditions. Classic tracks holding up very well. Centre lane reasonable solid.

Monday Plan: snow accumulation is nothing extraordinary. Radar reports that it will move out by 10amish. But make no doubt, after two days of not grooming, due to cold, we have our work cut out for us!
