Wow crock pot ribs were a lot better than expected! Too cold for smoker. Still did the 4 2 1 cook but ribs were done after 4 so cooled down with 2 and broiled for 5 minutes, replacing 1. Yet the faster then normal cook worked great. Am I wasting hours when I smoke them? Hmm....
