Having to guess when the doubles portions of tournaments start is a pain. Tournaments should communicate these details either via their websites or social media. This is part of the continued lack of promoting doubles when it's not some self serving exhibition like the US Open.

Yeah it's too obvious that they only wanted to promote their mixed exhibition as a self congratulatory thing. When it comes to the regular doubles draws, it's back to bare bones coverage which is usually post when the finals are held, but little else.
