The #gratefuldead played #shorelineamphitheatre 39 times (‘87-‘95). I was fortunate enough to be in attendance for 38 of those performances. Today is the anniversary of the show I missed (10.4.87). My favorite version of Jack Straw opened the show. Give it a listen — a note for note masterpiece!

I’m sure that we can all relate to a moment or a period of time where everything clicked and the course of our lives was changed forever. For me, that happened 38 years ago today! I was 16 and took LSD for the first time. I found my place on the bus and have been on it ever since! 🌹💀⚡️#gratefuldead
