As far as I can tell, Valve hasn’t explicitly said you could install a different OS on Steam Frame, while it does for Steam Machine. I don’t want to believe Valve locked it down though, that’d be kinda weird for them. Maybe they don’t want to get hopes up that you could run Windows on it?

Is there an example of a Switch 1 game that:
* is a third-party game (can be exclusive)
* received Switch 2 enhancements in an update
* ...without getting a "Switch 2 Edition" upgrade pack that must be downloaded, paid or free

It’s not the same thing as source code (so you won’t get things like comments), but external mappings won’t be needed anymore.

It doesn't matter how many fucking times you disable the AI, they will simply add new AI settings and turn them on by default. The only solution is to completely boycott any company which has any AI product anywhere in their portfolio. Yes, that's difficult. They've tried hard to make it difficult.

Holy shit. Does Windows 11 *actually* ban you from disabling Game Bar? In Windows 10 it's still optional. I have literally never been comfortable with that thing being active.

I feel like every day I learn a new reason to stop using Windows rather than use Windows 11.
