Iโve been enjoying mine but still adjusting to ansi layout ๐
so many accidental message sends haha. If it was ISO it would be perfect!

Spent a few hours testing a new ANSI keyboard with linear switches - I hate it.
What is this tiny enter key!? Where is my keypress feedback!?
At least now I know which keyboard
/switches I _do_ want ๐
My wife just said the two most dangerous words โneeds eatingโ.
Iโve now eaten 7 amaretti biscuits and no sign of slowing down.
Managed to snag one of these for ยฃ60 (assuming it shows up). In case you didnโt have any luck with yours - uk.whatgeek.com/products/lof...

24.12.2024 07:32 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0After many hours of research on keyboards, I don't think there is a solid 65% ISO layout keyboard that _isn't_ a keychron.
There are a few decent 75% options (monsgeek m1, bridge75, lemokey p1) but I really wanted to try something smaller.
I didn't realise how much I used this key until you mentioned this. Remapping it is an option but seems like it would be very annoying!

I think Iโve been bitten one too many times trying to iterate my way out of bad code. I now start with the mindset that Iโll throw away any spikes and it makes that transition a bit easier.
Good luck! Let me know what works for you :)
For me yes but might be a personal preference. I usually cherry pick parts of the hacky feature across into a fresh branch to tidy and PR. Attempting to queue up a bunch of logical PRs that can ideally be reviewed either as a stack or independently
02.12.2024 17:38 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Personally I find spikes or proofs of concept really powerful for this. Write a bunch of crap code to โmake it workโ then deleting it all and making it โgoodโ
