Big lumps of brown cocoa mochi.

No access to the US Dept of Education’s Office of Civil Rights dataset, and yesterday the FTP site for the US Census was “down for maintenance.” The web interface & API feeds were still working, so I grabbed what data I could for work. To relieve stress, I made cocoa mochi for the first time.
