NOBODY trivializes human expression harder and more efficiently than nerds. For example, the ratio of discourse bw the fictional Zelda timeline versus, say, BOTWs design choices FEELS like 100:1.

I split the difference on this opinion. I find Odyssey's aesthetic to be more surprising and delightful, but the actual gameplay of getting those 8 billion moons gave me way less dopamine than Bananza consistently does.

I saw Phil Spencer (CEO Xbox Games) talk as the keynote speaker at last year's PAX West. The vibe was WEIRD. It didn't feel like a good time to watch a hype reel on this guy's career.

And he didn't address the mass layoffs at the talk. Later that week, there was a SECOND round of layoffs.
