This has held steady for years. It’s also the reason to focus on your hardcore fans. They’re the folks bringing in 80-85% of the total revenue.

A much better way to gauge AEW’s total popularity is via PPV buy-rates.

Using the 80/20 rule, we can assume they somewhere between 10-20% of AEW’s total fanbase buys PPVs, depending on the specifics of the show.

I have no idea why anyone cares about this at all, but especially because it’s an apples to bananas comparison.

AEW is on cable + streaming.
NXT is on broadcast w/out streaming.

So we have 3 different sets of numbers, & none have the sample sample size nor sampling metrics.

Five or so years ago, I’d have told you it was an important part of growing a brand. Today, that’s no longer true.

I think PEDs are assumed standard, & not just in pro wrestling.

I mean, not to put too fine a point on it, but an “improved diet” will only take a person so far.

This was a great game, and God willing, a sign of things to come for the Black Knights.

Been watching college football all day, & I’ve realized that the way ESPN advertises WWE would make *way* more sense if they were actually partnered with AEW.
