Mystery movies at my local #ClassicCinemas: you pay $6/ticket & you see a movie not knowing the title or summary. It could be anything! We saw #OhHi #OhHiMovie which is hysterical & scary. The cast is incredible. I would never have picked this movie from the description, but I'm so glad I saw it.

My 13-year old is at sleep away camp for the next MONTH & I'm enjoying all the things: a mystery movie at our local theater (more in the commenfs), a minor league baseball game w/friends & spending 1.5 hours chatting with a friend w/o worrying about getting home on time. This is glorious.

This is officially horrifying.

And there's my brain, broken.

#TheDevilsChord If you go into this season expecting Serious SciFi, you won't be happy. Surrender to camp. While I don't love the visual effects here, #JinxMonsoon is fire as Maestro, God of Music. I'm digging Ruby, but I'm already pre-disappointed with the arc about the search for her birth mother.

#SpaceBabies Just no. Again, love the element of storytelling, love the energy of the Doctor, Ruby, & Jocelyn Sancerre #GoldaRoshuevel And the Doctor mentions the Rani when explaining his name, so RTD had a "plan". But talking babies are always weird & creepy, especially w/ CGI talking. Grade: D

#TheChurchOnRubyRoad : 15's 1st standalone episode. It's not awful. I can now see the throughline of stories & languages, with the coincidences & how the Doctor learns the language of the rope. The Doctor & Ruby have a great connection. But I will never forgive singing goblins. #DoctorWho Grade: C
