Every year, Disabled workers earn £4,081 less than everyone else.
In 2025, Disabled workers earn £78.40 less a week than non-disabled workers.
The gap is more than the average house spends on food a week - £64.30.
Disabled women get paid £3.80 an hour less than non-disabled men.

That’s how many days Disabled People will work without pay this year.

1 in 4 adults is likely to experience a mental health condition and/or issue. These can affect any of us directly or indirectly. Having someone to talk to can make all the difference.

Branches, through negotiations with the employer, can help shape the organisational culture from one where mental health is not discussed negatively, but instead with care and compassion.

Increased work pressures, such as excessive workloads, fear of redundancies, and working within an environment where bullying is endemic, will most certainly impact members' mental health.
