Iβm super grateful to have gotten my diagnosis. But gosh I just think of how different things could have been with a diagnosis and proper support/treatment 30 years ago. BUT, better late than never!

While my diagnosis was incredibly validating, it also carried SO much heaviness and sadness for my younger self.
For all the moments I felt something was wrong with me, constantly feeling misunderstood, working so hard to just get by in school, the energy it took to mask symptomsβ¦I could go on.
Not sure which one of these are more fittingβ¦.
