imo, better than s1-3 of got. like its not finished yet and i would consider it the best asoiaf adaptation. the humour is in line with the books, it adapts the novella and adds things but not to make it different and cool and edgy, but to enrich the themes present in the novella.

it is an actually good show dude like, insane how good it is. imo.

like i’m kind of glad i read aom first because i think if i started with tbi im not sure i would have continued with the series. like it’s very good, i just need my fantasy to have more than one main woman in them

it hadn’t really bothered me but I’m like 50 pages from the end and it’s starting to get to me. like i’m enjoying where the plot is going i can’t wait to get stuck into laok asap, but like, i am just like bro have ardee rock up in another of gloktas chapters please i need a woman 😭

oh yeah 100%, one of those that i only get if it’s on sale. I think I’ve tried the Aldi one? I can’t remember what it’s like but I don’t remember it as bad lol. I’m nearing the end of my current one so I think I’ll try Aldi next tbh, unless a fancier one is on sale lol

I am really enjoying these books but I really wish there was more female POVs. like that’s one thing that AOM has over TFL, like we had Savine and Rikke and Vick. we’ve only got Ferro in this and I like Ferro but like, I’m missing that variety of female POVs
