Each year on March 3rd, the World Health Organization celebrates #WorldHearingDay. This year's theme is Changing Mindsets to Empower Yourself. Zip Captions allows people to do exactly this, to empower themselves! As a friend recently said, "it's bring your own accessibility".

It's Black History Month as I'm sure everyone is aware, and hopefully you've had the opportunity to reflect on the past injustices, racism and biases towards Black people throughout recent history.

But now, as we move forward, how do we prevent that? 1/3
