Took a bit of time, but the word puzzle bit is mechanically finished,
next step is to give it some proper visuals.
I also decided to add QOL features now, because, honestly, it would be annoying to add them later lol.

tbh the most frustrating part of making a game for me, is art and music, due to being in EE I'm a very competent programmer and systems architect, but games are far more than just software that needs to run, and the arts in general are my weak point.

Still not 100% sure how to direct the game's art style, but, thankfully people will be somewhat forgiving with early iterations, after all the game will be free lol.

After that I learned that you can do actual 3d in Game maker and decided to slowly recreate an old project I made in godot.
And now we are here, in the middle of me developing Oathbound.

The code is cleaned up and properly labeled,
I activated some experimental stuff, dodging, turbo mode, snappier input reading, weird melee hit detection system, etc.
By the end of the week, the public combat test arena will be ready.
