It's nice to interact with real humans and not have to block bots constantly.

Rather than expecting to know every potential rules question. Understand your resources and have them handy to always be able to give a correct ruling. Also be willing to give penalties in cases of harassment or cheating. Be willing to hear people out and listen to any side before making a decision.
