Doh!
Having also woken up my Fujifilm X10 for the first time in years (battery needed a full recharge) I thought it had a fault with the sensor or top of the LCD screen!
This Idiot then realised the line was in fact the edge of the screen protector I had put on the back when bought it originally 🙄📷

My D4s hadn't been out in a year, again looking for CYs.
I'm down on the south coast next weekend. So will be looking for them there 🤞

I was looking for Clouded Yellows, so took the D4s & 200-500mm for the faster frame rate if they were very mobile. Had the D810 with the 70-180mm for any close ups.
No CY seen, but this was my only Spotted Flycatcher I've seen this year.

Need to keep watch for the Sighting Reports on the websites, especially this year as all seem to be out & over earlier!
This one was found (by someone else) in an area of Alners I have not seen them before. Try to go when other people around, so extra eyes to spot them.
