I miss it though, I'll listen to music and wish I could still get the freedom and release from a good headbang session like I did in the old days! but I guess that's just the passing of time for everyone. have to start using my mind more than my body now!

sometimes I wonder if all that headbanging I did when I was young is why my neck is so messed up now.
