Yeah, seems concerning, any reasons why there would be bias toward seeing this? Pulmonary specialist? Reminds me of vertebral artery dissection during chiropractic cervical manipulation!

It’s pretty rare and it can happen. I would also review data from acupuncturists, they use a lot more needles. Under reporting of incidents a consideration too.
