Floored by this story. A man wrote a pollite email to a federal prosecutor objecting to the deportation of an Afghan seeking asylum. DHS responded with an administrative warrant to get the man's info from Google, then visited his home to intimidate him.

This is false and you should delete it. I can’t imagine what is to be gained by continuing to cast doubt on a survivor’s testimony, when they’ve already been deemed to be credible. They’ve been through so much already.

This is why victims don’t come forward. This is how perpetrators walk free.

Much evidence has been presented. The victim has been demonstrated to be credible. Hard evidence of the crimes has been verified.

Meanwhile, there is no evidence that refutes his account. So the balance of evidence is vastly in favor of Sascha.

Crimes have been prosecuted on less.

The evidence of CSAM that Sascha is in has been independently confirmed.

It feels like there’s an impossibly high bar for what it would take for some people to believe his story. People have been convicted on less evidence than has already been found.

There has to be an investigation into the many individuals who committed heinous crimes alongside Epstein.

How exactly is believing a credible victim hurting anyone? By urging people to listen to the full extent of the abuse so we can hold those responsible accountable and seek justice for the survivors?

Yes, it is. Snopes has even updated their article to say that they haven’t been able to *confirm* the allegations but that much of the testimony has been corroborated.

Victim testimony is evidence. Just like receipts, phone records, blood samples. Accept it or not.

How do you think these things “come out,” if not by people tracking down leads and digging for supporting/refuting evidence?

It verified him as being credible. It verified his story about having been recognized as a victim in a widely circulated CSAM/snuff film.

NOTHING he has said so far has been refuted, while supportive evidence HAS been found. That doesn’t automatically make it true, but it does make it credible.

It really bums me out that Klobuchar, who was instrumental in normalizing Trump as just another political adversary, is almost certainly going to be the next governor of Minnesota, a state currently paying a severe price for that normalization of fascism.

I really appreciate your recognition that Sasha’s story is likely true. So many people discredited it right off the bat. I hope others will reexamine his story in light of what we have recently learned from the DOJ files.
