We took the kids to watch The Goat today. Sony Animation at it again. Stylistically no one comes close to them now. Interestingly the backgrounds and world building had really strong Table Top Game vibes, and the version of Basketball in the film would be a great skirmish game. Loved it. #nerdlings

Ohhhh so the reason I see everyone using white INK to undercoat/zenithal miniatures is because white acrylics are known for having massive pigments and blocking airbrushes! FML. The airbrush Customer support team are going to call me some dreadful names aren't they?

Bit early in the year for a major tilt but the airbrush busting, poor performance on YouTube, socials not getting any traction, and the realisation that I'll need to get rid of almost all my gaming stuff when my kids need their own bedrooms in a couple of years... Ooof mate. Rough start to 2026 😂

Just a mess of paint from a new airbrush

After a few really decent results, the airbrush has gone wacky today. I thinned some Bold Titanium White for a zenithal, then it just... Fucked up. Deep cleaned it in case the white left a residue but it's just spitting paint out now, regardless of pressure, distance, or viscosity.

Sorry lads but my phone says January 32nd.

I've been wondering recently, if sitting down your average angry Reform minded type of person and getting them to watch Horrible Histories, would help educate them about you know immigration and such. I'm watching it with my kids and it's absolutely brilliant and I'm learning LOTS.
