Yeah I agree, the lack of training time is killing us. EH does his best work on the training pitch The compressed PL season due tonthe WC with the extra midweek games on top of CL is a nightmare.

He's not a 10 either, he was awful there when played with Wissa in the cup, ended up playing deeper than our holding midfielder. If he tweaks his game to run in behind a high line occasionally he'll create far more space for when he does want to receive to feet. It's basics.

Villa have done great but have been able to manouvre better as they've been able to sell loads more. They have a strong academy and also weren't starting from scratch like we were when Eddie came in.

No forward deserved to start on that basis though, except Barnes, who's been better this year, though awful last when everyone wanted rid.

Wissa and Wolte don't deserve to start as they've been abysmal. Rather Osula than Gordon up top, as Gordon has proved he is only effective on the left.

I think it's a message to the strikers who've frankly been abysmal recently. I'd rather Osula got a go though as Gordon can't play 9. In Eddie we trust though

Yep same as Leeds and Villa away games, our lack of striker firepower is the letdown sadly. Hoping we can get a goal on the break and keep them out

Great to see Willock, Ramsey and Miley playing so well last night, and some positive signs from Elanga -they can definitely share the load over the next month. Willock so much happier on the left and great to see someone actually gamble in the box and attack the ball. #nufc

He's tried it a few times this season , primarily to find a way to accommodate both Botman and Burn. Not won with it but probably more due to lack of a goal scoring striker - Villa away, Leeds away etc where we should have won and completely nullified the opposition

He's so much more comfortable on the left. We need everyone in the squad to contribute massively through the fixture madness, hope him and Ramsey can have a positive influence. Just got to get our strikers scoring then we're in business

That's over four years starting with no saleable assets. To have won a trophy less than a year ago, be in domestic semis and challenging in CL and still in the mix for European places is pretty good, all the while handicapped by PSR. For people to talk about sacking EH is laughable

They've been able to rake in far more from player sales than us tbf , we're right on the edge PSR wise. Some Jan loan signings at least would be good though
