148. Thunder Force III

The easiest to play of the entries that people generally love (but 2 is still ok), it's a great game to basically tour through- no over reliance on memorization, only reflex gameplay. This is also where the series decided to have awesome soundtracks, too

149. Dragon Age 2

I know this game gets a lot of shit, and some of it is deserved, but the good parts really shine. It does its best with the limited scope to tell a compelling political allegory, and though I miss my dopey Warden, the characters were great

150. Batman: Arkham Asylum

One of the better 3D metroidvanias that also happens to star Batman while letting Batman do Batman things. Don't love the art design, but what a game

I remember seeing this in EGM and being so excited. I think it still looks great, and love that some of the characters live on in other Capcom games. Haven't touched it in years, but fond sleepover rental memories
