➪ She sounds excited behind her curtain. Materials added to the machine to make the body suit or clothing she’d wish to see her in.

➪ It opening and a HUD of sorts glowing around her. A curtain of LEDs suddenly falling around her, and with a mechanical glow, there’s a flash of light behind the curtain. Her clothes have stripped away.

➪ Toned and elegant legs peek from under the curtain but nothing more.

➪ She’s still admittedly timid about the idea but with the confidence boost, she nods.

➪ The two continued to move, close to one another. A delicate dance of twists and tilts of the body. The two ducked down to dodge the massive mound if metal.

➪ The crane dropped its massive magnet beside them just as Yingzi smoothly pulled her from danger’s grasp. Lifting and preparing to strike once more. Two other cranes moving into position.

➪ One swung a wrecking ball and the other a grasping claw that snapped with lethal force.

“𝙿𝚛𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚢? 𝚁𝚎𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚢?"

➪ The edge of her lips would rise, seeing the difference in tone, one moment fighting against all odds then being a bashful young synthetic woman. An almost endearing view.

“𝙸 𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚌𝚎𝚛𝚝𝚊𝚒𝚗𝚕𝚢 𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚠 𝚢𝚘𝚞."

➪ A model? A model droid? Those were usually only presented, never active. That was till the drone chimed in at her visible confusion.

“Models were a higher caliber of people. They would wear fancy outfits to show for even more powerful people. They needed to be pretty among other things.”

➪ Her giggle would roll with the wind as she refocused her efforts.

➪ Her silent assumption was that the mechanic droid had actually managed to fix this machine and get it running. A good sign to show it was at least still up and running.

➪ A hand would brush along the torn suit. Gingerly running fingers over it as they left the debris behind and headed to the next trash heap.
