Middlesex County Library partners with CELA to offer our patrons access to books, magazines, newspapers and described videos in a choice of formats including audio, braille and accessible eBooks.

CELA is an accessible reading service, providing books and other materials to Canadians with disabilities that impact their ability to read traditional books. No documentation is required to use the CELA collection; patrons can self-identify their need.
