Kingambit is good but less so in 3v3 gym battles, Corvi is good but needs roost.
speed is important because faster pokemon move before slower, but usually faster ones aren’t as bulky (except legendaries). so be faster and KO them before they attack, or be bulky and survive their attack to KO them

been loving lurking in the streams! some good steel-types:

Mega Lucario, super strong & fast attacker
Mega Metagross, strong & fast & bulky
Mega Scizor, strong & bulky
Mega Mawile, SUPER strong & ok bulk
Gholdengo, all-rounder & immune to a LOT
Archaludon, bulky & Stamina ability makes it bulkier
