These tools simplify data processing, boost reproducibility, and empower researchers to turn massive imaging datasets into actionable insights. This poster will be presented on Saturday, Nov 15 (1–5 PM), and we can't wait to see you there!

Our first poster (PSTR049.03), titled “Easy-to-use tools for cleared tissue light sheet image analysis,” highlights our suite of intuitive software tools designed to streamline and simplify the analysis of large, terabyte-scale light sheet datasets.

However, these techniques generate large datasets, creating significant challenges in data processing, analysis, and reproducibility.

We are excited to announce the first of our posters that we will be presenting at #SfN25 this year! Recent advances in tissue clearing and light sheet microscopy enable unprecedented, brain-wide 3D imaging at cellular resolution.
