There's definitely been a positive mood change for me when I started buying from my local co-op instead of eating out all the time. Not to mention it being easier on my budget.

Just a casual reminder that it's worth it to keep taking those meds even when you don't "need" them. Just glad I chose to do this on a Sunday as opposed to my day back to work.

I took my ADD meds for the first time in a week (was on PTO), and man, my body was NOT ready. I started heavily sweating in the middle of a coffee shop like I was up to no good.

Not unexpected though. Meds increase my heart rate (doc knows), and I'm sure it's just readjusting how my body reacts.

I mean, I'm impressed.

I think my anxiety over domestic and world events has started to physically affect me. I only got four hours of real sleep last night, despite being in bed with eyes closed the whole time. I'm gonna lock out the news feed on BlueSky and stop scrolling on Insta.

A few times. If I was at a coffee shop, not likely. The larger the event, the more obvious it becomes.

Got my COVID booster on Friday. Sat was pretty miserable, but not as bad as previous years. I took DayQuil/NyQuil for most of the day (via recommended doses) and that helped significantly with the fever.

Next time though, I'm not going to get the shot on the side I normally sleep on.

Nothing quite like the feeling of upgrading your computer hardware and everything immediately working on first boot up.

And yes, I know you can still turn on Unlock for Chrome. It's a pain to turn it on for all my devices though.

Got my Pi-Hole set up for my #homelab. Hopefully means I no longer need to get ads without an ad blocker turned on (miss you Unblock Origins)
