Im so glad that so many people turned out for Ozzy’s funeral procession today. What an overwhelming sight it must have been for his grief stricken family to see how many people adored him & wanted to say goodbye, thank you or just offer their support. Genuinely sobbed watching it 🖤

I wouldn’t normally buy cherries when they’re £14 a kilo as I think it’s extortionate but they looked so good!

Back from vet visit, wounds are starting to heal, no sign of infection. Have to go back in 7 days for next check when hopefully we’ll have the full tumour results. Now if only I could carry on with my school work! He keeps turning the Caps Lock on & scrolling the page with his collar…

Thanks ❤️🙏 He came home this afternoon, he’s just paced around but he’s finally settled on the bed. Luca is scared, I think he’s unsure it’s still Mikey!

Thanks Sophie ❤️ the vet is sending the lumps off for analysis, depending on what they find, he might need more treatment, such as chemo or further investigation. I’m really hoping he won’t need anything else but we’ll know in 7-10 days. I can’t wait to get him home 🙏

Mikey has had to stay in hospital overnight, I’m leaving work early tomorrow & picking him up at lunchtime. It feels so strange without him 😿 the vet said the operation went well & they got both lumps out & took quite a large margin in the hope they’ve got all the cancer 🙏🙏

Just heard back from vet. The lumps on Mikey’s neck & leg have to be removed, the results from his biopsy showed some abnormal cells that could be malignant tumours. 😞 I’m crushed, I was so hoping it’d be harmless cysts. Surgery scheduled for Thursday ☹️

Did I totally forget I’m going to see NIN tomorrow in Manchester until I got a reminder email? Why yes, yes I did!😃 Will I get back safely when the trains are unreliable on a weeknight?🫤 Did I also volunteer myself to go with the Y6 kids on their 3 day residential the very next morning? Of course!😖
