Another easy way to do this: take a cold water bottle or soda can fresh from the fridge, and hold it against the side of your face for about 10-15 seconds while taking deep, slow breaths

A character reference sheet for Beloved Aurum, a green tiefling warlock. The second is a standard looking dagger named Ol'Reliable and beside it are two throwing knives. Under the two main figures on top is a doodle of Beloved performing aerial arts, silks to be specific with his legs split above his head and back bending to grab the silk before his face. To the left near the bottom is a written blurb about Beloved with (flame shaped) his colour palette beneath. To the right at the bottom are his stats in d20 shapes.
