work has settled down finally since it's the new year and my relationships are going really well, just recovering from burnout & needing to lock in on seeking out financial assistance for my medical costs (they really didn't learn their lesson).

all the good things now. at the very end of december I started dating the girl I had been talking to for like, ever. I'm DEEP in the honeymoon phase, I don't see myself leaving that anytime soon. I am incredibly happy but definitely needed even more time away to process this lovely new thing lol🤍

is it fatal, no, but is it really uncomfortable- yes lol. other than that, I've also been informed by my insurance that they won't be covering my HRT anymore.. a week heads up-_-. I have no idea how much my next refill will be out of pocket, so I've been trying to come up with a plan.

throughout december, I started struggling with a lot of added stress on my heart + my pre-existing heart condition, my job became extremely stressful due to our workload increasing at the end of the year. yikes. however I am safe.

I'm obviously very triggered by my medical trauma, sorry for the rant lol.
Politicians stay the fuck out of healthcare. Doctors will decide what kind of gender affirming care minors can receive and it shouldn't be anyone else's problem. Ugh.

also fuck all the t*rfs that advocated for this because they're about to see a lot of insecure, dysphoric cis intersex women with reproductive/hormonal complications that could've been resolved but you denied them that right

as someone who's both genderqueer & has a variant of mosaicism I'm so tired of these bigoted, transphobic cis people thinking this only affects the people they despise. as if being transphobic isn't shitty enough..

are we going to deny young people with mosaic (and/or) turners syndrome their right to HRT when their puberty is stunted and abnormal menstrual cycles pose a threat to their health? how about treating klinefelter's with testosterone?

they're trying to criminalize gender affirming care for minors across the united states. do cis people realize how much of an umbrella term gender affirming care is? not only are we denying trans kids their right to happiness, but how about people such as me with mosaicism, turners'/klinefelter?

I ended up telling them and we bonded over how hard it was to be raised queer in that town. we also both really love madoka magica. and judging by their increased interactions on my posts, it was not awkward for me to reveal that I knew them lol.
