No, no vector use here. Texture is at 1024x102, the "scrolls"/glyphs have quite a bit of the shoulderpad UV map available to them and I used a constant pressure setting for painting them with a sharp brush.

Reimagined concepts of the Wizard of Oz characters. Five characters are shown.
