The more the deal is analyzed, the clearer it is that in a very rushed process, with artificial deadlines, the city has negotiated a deal that will pay well for the team, but not for the District or its residents.

In order to be a good person, one must 1) treat other people well on an interpersonal basis and 2) have a worldview that isn't repugnant. 1) is a bit more important than 2) but both are required. Eschewing one or the other makes you a righteous asshole or a polite devil. Eschewing both is Trumpism
