I just read the reviews of my (accepted) #NARST25 proposal. The 1st review is very different from the last two. If I were the 1st reviewer, I would reject my proposal. The other 2 gave glowing reviews. Reviewing/reading reviews will always feel strange to me. We need to find better ways to do this.
