It’s outdated, but you may be able to fix by running through TT’s 7.0 conversion feature (just an upload and a button press! :) works well for hair ime)

I thinkkkk you download the fbx, open it in blender, then click/delete the mesh of the ears.
Upload updated version to TT

Then you have to do the same to the head iirc?? Bc the interiors of the ears are attached to the head

I could be wrong! If it’s still a problem, I can double check later
