Watched Star Wars A New Hope.

Surprised how simple it was narratively given where I've heard the series goes lore wise. Also the sheer number of unique robot designs is crazy, and they do a really good job of making them all feel alive despite just making beeps and simple movement.

Yeah I haven't seen Alien either, but I've absorbed a bit more of that through seeing the licensed games. I also feel like people love showing that one scene where the alien busts out of that guy's chest, so I've seen that like a dozen times now lol.

But yeah I was like "what's Harrison Ford doing here" and looked up some screenshots and was like "I have no idea what this movie is" lol.

I actually watched it last night for the first time last night. It said 2007 on it, so sounds like it might have been the Final Cut.

What prompted this was I saw 2049 first weirdly enough, so I'm not 100% blind but that movie makes more sense now lol.

Interesting how different they are, though.

Also funny how much Snatcher just looks like Blade Runner lol. Its kind of ridiculous.

Usually i've seen at least a couple of scenes from popular movies due to rerelease commercials or YouTube essays. But I may have somehow gone through life basically never seeing a single frame of Blade Runner.

I didn't even know Harrison Ford was in it.

Yeah it's disabled by default and the icon on the menu isn't very clear on what it's saying lol.

Basically there's two types of hints, the top screen showing your last action then the second one giving you tow hints of where to start/end your line depending on how long you take to answer.

Yep! Struggling with it lol but I finally activated the hint system which has helped lol

Great news, playing some non-social video games. Which is an improvement over the last 3 months lol.

Months of suffering finally come to an end. The last 10 smithing levels were awful. Nothing is profitable, everything is a horrible loss.

Update on this, but what I learned is that most of what I did was motivated by fear, especially socially.

Think my focus is on how to remove fear as the motivator for content creation. Plus making sure I'm not using it as a coping mechanism instead of solving other problems I have.
