Mum just spent the last £109 she has on getting a flu and covid jab, even though we have home insurance to pay. I don't get paid until next month, and I have no money left. Eep.

I kinda question the NHS having 20 people in a room, waiting to get their flu/covid jabs, because it seems a way to spread infection. And a lot of people are struggling to stand in this queue.

I'm paying off mum's bills, and since she lost her phone, she wants a new one with the same number, and to contact ee, who always make her pay for stuff we don't need.

I'm annoyed at her. She knows it, so now she's "maybe you'll get lucky and the operation I'm going to get will kill me." FFS!

Mum has lost her mobile phone, again. That woman drives me crazy.

At some point, despite being born here, having a job and knowing my national insurance number, paying taxes etc... I'm no longer legally going to exist, am I?

Internet has stopped working since mum accidentally knocked it. Our kitchen ceiling has been leaking for a week due to the bathroom above it, but insurance won't send a plumber. I think I'm calling it a day.

I've finally deleted twitter off my phone, so might be more active on this site. Will rely on this site for most of my news. Scary reality, but hopefully filtered through good people.

Perhaps everybody is too scared to check their accounts. Or they're acting British and keeping a stuff upper lip at the shock. It's definitely unreasonable.

Oh boy. I reckon a lot of people will be caught out by this. It's not clear at all, and the fact they're defending by repeating the same speech is not an answer.

That's insane. I'm grateful for the heads up because I try to keep the minimum in my account. Without this, I wouldn't have known to transfer extra. Feels like info we should have been told before.

I think I've broken my little finger, but why is that so painful? I walk around with dislocated kneecaps a lot of the time, but this is... wtf?
