I should say that I rewatched almost all my favorite comedies last year. I do plan to rewatch Schitt’s Creek and also am rewatching Adventure Time so at least those are semi-lighter fair lol

Yeah past that it gets better. It’s good but gets better. 3 does get a little weirder but it connects to 1&2. After that are probably my favorite seasons. I do like season 1. 2&3 not as much. But 4 on is good. The last two seasons have been excellentβ€”closer to the American Rev so I’m bias on that

The first two seasons of outlander are hard to watch. I stopped there for for a few years rewatched those seasons and moved past those

The idea that twitter/X is the internet commons is the stupidest idea that will not die. It is not even that important a social media site, anymore, just quit it

It's time to say "arrivederci" to the Winter Olympics, which have provided us with so many inspiring moments this month in Italy.

The closing ceremony took place Sunday at the Verona Arena in the city of Verona. The venue is a World Heritage site that dates to the year 30 AD. https://cnn.it/4tQMilb

There are some tv stations that are owed by networks and obviously media corps can own local stations and papers that have national as well, but it’s not the same. It’s connected, sure, but more nuanced than ppl realize.

People often forget that these are people living in their community.

People for some reason think local news people are directly connected to the legacy/natl media. The number of times I had to explain on the phone that I didn’t work for the news network and had no contact there.

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing people local newspaper reporters are rarified elites instead of ink-stained wretches driving their Honda Civic to a crime scene so you know don’t have to rely on Nextdoor and the police press release.
