Any idea if there’s any friction between him and the franchise? He was the guy I was most surprised wasn’t at the anniversary thing.

Vinyl of the day: Paul Simon in Concert-Live Rhymin’, 1974. A good mostly acoustic live set of early Simon, doing much of his Simon and Garfunkel work and adding some South American flavor in spots. Recorded at Carnegie Hall and Notre Dame.

Vinyl of the day: Parlet-Invasion Of The Booty Snatchers, 1979. The second album from the P-funk group. This one was produced by George Clinton. A little too disco for me, and lengthy, with an average of 6+ minutes per track. It doesn’t really get old though. It’s pleasant and worth a listen.
