After weeks of single-digit cold, I had a mild asthma flare yesterday. I haven’t had asthma in years! No inhaler needed, breathing was fine, just a bit of chest pressure. Feeling much better today, like it never happened.

I already use soap with frankincense in it, so I grabbed a frankincense roll-on perfume oil to make it my signature scent. A tiny dab goes a long way. If I can TASTE your cologne/perfume when you walk by, it’s definitely too much. Please… less is more 😭

Please remember when you get famous, popular, or known not to forget your friends. I've seen fame chasing destroy friendships, and it has happened to me. And the worst part is, you usually can't stop it. Once the moth sees the flame, into the fire they go.

So many people I've known have been very sick. I'm avoiding the gym until this wave clears up some. I really don't want to get sick so I've been working out at home.
