That's a shame. Gut issues are awful when you can't keep anything down or even face eating anything. Jaco recommended Gin Gin boiled ginger sweets and these seem to work for me.

Running a half marathon is fine and not that crazy. A full marathon you have to be a bit loopy but still a realistic challenge. An ultra marathon is a sign you need psychiatric help though

I'd love to go back. I often look at Google maps and street view at the places I can remember - like Seletar island where we spent lazy days on the beach as the adults were waterskiing.
