I reviewed this when it was first released and it was, especially at a time when I'd lost so many friends, absolutely overwhelming. So much extraordinary art was born under the shadow of death during those unspeakable years. "Silverlake Life" is high on that list.

Here's to the beautiful ones gone far too soon and all the survivors who've lived to comb gray hair. Honor and remember them all. ❤️

I think often of the time Trump needed a "cheat sheet" to remember to say things like "I hear you" to people who lost children and other family members in the Parkland school shooting in 2018.

He knows that his presidency is collapsing like a cheap lawn chair, so he’s lashing out.

This is nuclear-grade narcissism.
