You’ll also need:

- Small Head of Broccoli cut into small florets.
- 2 spring onions.
- 2 head of Pak Choi
- 2 medium egg noodle nests

A duck stir fry? You’ll need to take the skin off the duck and make a marinade

- 2 tbsp low salt Soy Sauce.
- 3 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce.
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed.
- Thumb sized piece of Ginger, finely grated.

Slice the duck and marinade for at least 30 minutes.
