Oh I'm headed there in 2 weeks!

It's a hard watch, but I really respect the effort to use satellite imagery and data to back-up the stories of these families' losses. They are so often written off as mere propaganda, an added insult to incredible suffering.

The few super high earning authors are not even playing the same game as the average published author. 😅

I don't like sharing upsetting things for the sake of sharing them. But this is important. The careful research put into these cases reveals the truly disturbing state of things in Gaza.

After yesterday’s amazing news of being longlisted for the Diverse Book Awards, today the flip side. The publisher Boundless, who took over from Unbound, has folded. As disappointing as this is to me and their other authors, nothing can take away from the joy that was - and is - “Northern Boy”.
